In 1947 Josep Camps and Pepita Franquesa opened Hostal Colomí, a small guesthouse in the heart of Santa Coloma de Queralt. They did it with their daughters, Rosita and Nati. Later, Pep, Rosita’s son, joined them. Over 70 years of cooking traditional Catalan cuisine. Pep continues this legacy of history and respect for the cuisine and the product.
