And the visit couldn’t have started better: Pep, Rosita’s son, welcomes her to show her the product they have and proudly explains the history of the restaurant. And to top it all off, that same day, coincidence meant that Pep Nogu\u00e9, one of the country’s leading chefs and disseminators of gastronomy, was also there.
